“Love is not something that you do. Love is something that you are.”— Sadhguru
“You are here just to be, for no reason. You have no mission except to enjoy life, to be happy. The only thing you need is just to be the real you. Be authentic. Be the presence. Be happiness. Be love. Be joy. Be yourself; that’s the main point. That’s wisdom.”— don Miguel Ruiz
1 Kings 4:29
And God gave Solomon wisdom and exceedingly great understanding, and largeness of heart like the sand on the seashore.
1 Kings 4:30
Solomon’s wisdom was greater than the wisdom of all the people of the East, and greater than all the wisdom of Egypt.

There is an old Jewish myth about King Solomon. It says he was so aggrieved with his advisers that he set them all an impossible task. He asked of them that they find him an item, the possession of which would make the happy man sad and the sad man happy. One by one, the advisers came back empty-handed, admitting defeat. Save one. One adviser came back bearing a ring, which he presented to Solomon. Puzzled, Solomon examined the ring and found, engraved on it, the words which would indeed make a sad man happy and a happy man sad. And the words on the ring were as follows:

Life is a Journey, Enjoy the Ride!
Our lives are really a journey that takes us through good times and bad times, tough times and fun times. It was King Solomon who said, “To everything there is a season.” He explains the various “seasons” of the human experience. Life operates in cycles. We are not feeling upbeat all the time, neither are we cast down forever. We know happiness because we experience sadness and we know the blues because we have felt the joys that life can bring. If we bear in mind that life is a journey, we will remember that nothing lasts forever. Tough times don’t last, neither do good times for that matter. Seasons come and seasons go. There will be a time for weeping, a time for laughing, a time for working hard and a time for having fun. A time feast and a time to… well a time to not dine on delicacies.
May the tough times and sad seasons of your life be few and far apart. Remember God is in control of everything and He alone reigns forever.
“You are altogether beautiful, my love, there is no flaw in you.”— Bible
Song of Solomon 4:7
“Solomon represents a new kind of human being — a person who has broken free of the old ways of looking at God and our place in creation — a person whose consciousness has expanded beyond the prison universe of good gods and evil devils — a person who grasps the concept of a supreme consciousness so absolute that all forces and powers of creation (even those that to others appear evil and destructive) are pressed into service of the ‘Great G’ Goodness. A true “Solomon” confidently knows his or her place in this new understanding of the divine scheme of things. A true Solomon is a proactive full citizen of both heaven and hell. A true Solomon is, in fact, encouraged by the Great G God Almighty to conjure the devils and put them to work doing good things! Are you confused? Don’t be. You’ve just learned a fundamental secret of magick, and if you can free yourself from the old Chrislemew way of looking at things, you are well on the way to becoming a true Solomon yourself.”— Lon Milo DuQuette, Low Magick
Elements of the Cosmos
As I started diving into The Testament of Solomon, I came across a part of his testament about the “Thirty three Elements of the Cosmos”, “Cosmic ruler of the darkness”. In never having heard of this before, I came to learn in my research what this was / meant.
In the New Testament of The Bible, in Galatians, and Colossians, it speaks of these “elements”, and how men can be free from them. Saying how eventually these elements become weak and pointless, being later-on defeated by the power of Christ.
Simply enough, these “Elements of the Cosmos” are evil spirits, ideals, thoughts, and ways to lead humanity down dark paths of evil and sin. They give false teachings, and portray themselves as Gods.
So in Solomon’s testament, he encounters these Elements. They introduce themselves as the “Thirty three elements of the cosmic ruler of the darkness”. The seven of them each introduce themselves to Solomon, and they go as listed:
1. Deception - “I deceive and weave snares here and there. I whet and excite heresies. But I have an angel who frustrates me, Lamechalal.”
2. Strife - “I bring timbers, stones, hangers, my weapons on the spot. But I have an angel who frustrates me, Baruchiachel.”
3. Klothod (battle) - “I cause the well-behaved to scatter and fall foul one of the other. And why do I say so much? I have an angel that frustrates me: ‘Marmarath’”
4. Jealousy - “I cause men to forget their sobriety and moderation. I part them and split them into parties; for Strife follows me hand in hand. I rend the husband from the wife, and children from parents, and brothers from sisters. But why tell so much to my despite? I have an angel that frustrates me, the great Balthial.”
5. Power - “I am Power. By powers I raise up tyrants and tear down kings. To all rebels I furnish power. I have an angel that frustrates me, Asteraoth.”
6. Error - “…I will make thee to err, as I have before made thee to err, when I caused thee to slay thy own brother. I will lead you into error, so as to pry into graves; and I teach them that dig, and I lead errant souls away from all piety, and many other evil traits are mine. But I have an angel that frustrates me, Uriel.”
—– And the seventh element simply referring to herself as “the worst of all” -
“I am the worst, and I make thee worse off than thou wast; because I will impose the bonds of Artemis. But the locust will set me free, for by means thereof is it fated that thou shalt achieve my desire. For if one were wise, he would not turn his steps toward me.”
